Language Arts CORE 5 Strategies

Our CORE 5 Language Arts Strategies are research-based, high-yielding teaching strategies primarily rooted in the five components of reading; phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, fluency, and reading comprehension. We targeted our focus in areas that support building capacity about how to diagnose gaps in reading comprehension and how to fix them. COREgistics Education Services provides a systematic, intentional approach to directly addressing comprehension issues by addressing the instructional and schematic misconceptions. Our CORE 5 Language Arts Strategies aid in revealing relationships among the five components of reading and how to include each in daily instruction or remediation plans.

Mathematics CORE 5 Strategies

Our CORE 5 Mathematics Strategies are research-based, high-yield teaching strategies that should exist at the core of every lesson. The CORE 5 Mathematics Strategies, a primary component of high-quality mathematics instruction, aid directly with the cognitive process. It provides a common language that communicates these models to teachers and students. Plans should be designed with these evidence-based strategies in mind. Science CORE 5 Strategies

Coregistics provides engaging phenomenon-based practices and skills that prepare students for 21st-Century Learning. Crosscutting concepts help students explore connections across the four domains of science including physical, life, Earth, and space with engineering design. Using those concepts in conjunction with comprehension strategies like “cause and effect” are made explicit for students, they help students develop a coherent and scientifically-based view of the world around them.

Social Studies CORE 5 Strategies

Coregistics provides engaging, inquiry-based social studies curriculum and instruction to develop the critical thinking skills. Our social studies CORE 5 Instructional Practices will help teachers provide opportunities for students to become well informed about the world around them, its history, and equip them to make informed decisions. The instructional practices encourage students to take positive action in college, career, and civic life.

STEM CORE 5 Strategies

STEM-based education teaches children more than science and mathematics concepts. The focus on hands-on learning with real-world applications helps develop a variety of skill sets, including creativity and 21st-century skills. The 21st-century skills include media and technology literacy, productivity, social skills, communication, flexibility and initiative. Other skills attained through STEM education include problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, curiosity, decision making, leadership, entrepreneurship, acceptance of failure and more.
