Language Arts
The language arts professional development opportunities involve training focused on the 5 components of reading and writing. We also offer training with research-based instructional models and frameworks designed to increase student academic success in reading and writing.
Mathematics
The mathematics professional development opportunities involve training focused on the conceptualization of math concepts. The training make use of the concrete, pictorial, abstract (CPA) model that provides a logical pathway for learning and applying new math concepts.
Science
The science professional development opportunities examine how phenomenons can support standards-based learning. Teachers will gain understanding of how to use different modes of resources to spark students’ interest and inquiry with real world phenomenons.
Social Studies
Coregistics provides engaging phenomenon-based practices and skills that prepare students for 21st-Century Learning. Crosscutting concepts help students explore connections across the four domains of science including physical, life, Earth, and space with engineering design. Using those concepts in conjunction with comprehension strategies like “cause and effect” are made explicit for students, they help students develop a coherent and scientifically-based view of the world around them.
STEM
The STEM professional development opportunities explore the instructional strategies and practices essential to foster innovation and create an engaging STEM environment. Our STEM training will help you support students as they put science and math into action through inquiry and the engineering design process to analyze and understand phenomena.
Leadership Team Support
COREgistics understands the complex role of the school leaders. We provide mentorship and professional development for school level leaders. Our team assists them in becoming a positive role model and build processes and protocols for success.
